NEW DELHI: A day after the body of a lady was discovered dumped close Rajghat, police recouped dismantled body parts of a man strewn around the shrubberies along the Ring Road close north Delhi's Timarpur on Friday morning.
The episode was accounted for around 6am when a gathering of ragpickers recognized some rubbish packs lying on the roadside close Gandhi Vihar. When they opened the pack, they found the leg of a man slashed from the knee.
